Plaintiffs brought this forcible entry and detainer (FED) action to recover possession of commercial property described as The Hindquarter Restaurant in Lake Oswego, Oregon, together with attorney fees, costs and disbursements. The case was tried to a jury, which found for the plaintiffs. Defendant appeals from the judgment entered on the verdict, assigning as error the trial court’s order striking from defendant’s second amended answer an affirmative equitable defense alleging "unilateral mistake,” and the award of attorney fees to plaintiffs.
