TANZER, J., pro tempore.
The plaintiffs in this forcible entry and detainer (FED) action sought possession of commercial premises which defendant had occupied under a written lease with plaintiffs. The action was tried to the court, and the plaintiffs obtained judgment for restitution of the premises, costs and disbursements, attorney fees of $1,000, and the amount of a $3,000 cash bond the defendant had posted when the court granted her motion for a continuance.
