Rao, Judge:
Certain unbleached cotton cloth, imported from Mexico, forms the subject of the instant protests which were consolidated for the purposes of trial. This merchandise was classified as cotton cloth, not bleached, printed, dyed, or colored, and assessed with duty at the appropriate rates provided for in paragraph 904 (a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, dependent upon the average yarn count.
