The plaintiff, W. J. Dillner Transfer Company, brings this action to vacate and set aside two orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission relative to the application of one U. S. A. C. Transport, Inc. for an extension of authority to authorize it to1 transport airplanes or parts thereof between various points in the United States.
