This case comes from the district court of Hughes county. It is the second time the case has been before this court. The facts are that on the 5th day of February, 1903, Keet & Roundtree Dry Goods Company, plaintiff in error herein, recovered judgment against A. J. Rogers, defendant in error herein, in the United States Court of the Indian Territory at We-woka, for the sum of $202.40, and that said judgment remains unpaid.
