Plaintiff corporation brought this action for declaratory relief seeking to establish a constructive trust covering a patent application and - asked the court to decree that the plaintiff was the true and actual owner thereof and that the defendants assign and deliver the same to the plaintiff. The trial judge prepared his own findings and found generally that in October, 1947, one Ray, defendant Paul Carle, and one Hardy, entered upon and engaged in a joint venture to invent and turn to account devices for the purification of air, including devices for impelling the movement of air, gases…
