The controversy involved in this appeal arises out of the alleged breach of a joint adventure agreement relating to the purchase and sale of personal property. The complaint contains three causes of action, separately stated. The first is for the reasonable value of services ren dercd, the amount claimed being $4,000; the second is to recover $8,000 which plaintiff claims to have expended for the use and benefit of the defendants; and the third is for damages in the sum of $250,000, it being alleged in this regard that after plaintiff and defendants entered into said agreement defendants…
