Appellant, Mark Steven Cambiano, brings the instant appeal challenging the Conway County Circuit Court’s order disbarring him from the practice of law. Our jurisdiction is authorized pursuant to Ark. R. Sup. Ct. 1-2 (a) (5) (2000). Prior to his disbarment, Cambiano pleaded guilty on June 29, 1998, in the United States District Court to one count of aiding and abetting the causing of a financial institution to file a false currency-transaction report, a federal Class D felony.
