Carious Lindell Daily was convicted by a jury of one count of conspiracy to commit bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; one count of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) and (d); and one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1).
