1Opinion of the Court

WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

James Dooley was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). He appeals, arguing that the district court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act (IADA) and in submitting an improper jury instruction. He also contends that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. We reverse.
