This is an original proceeding under SDCL ch. 15-25 wherein Independent Community Bankers Association of South Dakota, Inc.; Professional Insurance Agents of South Dakota; South Dakota Association of Life Underwriters; and the Independent Insurance Agents of South Dakota, Inc.
