MCDONALD, J.

The plaintiff, Precision Mechanical Services, Inc., appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants T.J. Pfund Associates, Inc., and Marianne Pfund. The plaintiff claims that the court improperly concluded that there was no genuine issue of material fact and that the defendants were entitled to judgment as a matter of law as to the plaintiffs counts of negligence and breach of contract. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
