The plaintiff, Ellin Curley, appeals from the summary judgment, rendered by the trial court in favor of the substitute defendant Karen Kaiser, admin-istratrix of the estate of Laurence J. Kaiser. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment by concluding that there were no genuine issues of material fact as to whether (1) Kaiser was a partner at the time of his death under a partnership agreement with the plaintiff and (2) the partnership was terminated because the affairs or business of the partnership had not…
