The plaintiff, Helyn Byrd, appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Wendelynne Ortiz and Nationwide Insurance Company of America (Nationwide), after the court granted the defendants’ motion to strike all four counts of the plaintiffs revised complaint. The sole issue on appeal is whether the court improperly granted the motion to strike as to counts one and three of the revised complaint alleging claims of negligence.
