Three separate appeals are involved here. The first is an appeal from an order for payment of a cash appeal bond in McNulty v. Copp, No. 15769, which bond was posted on appeal therein; the decision on the appeal in that matter is reported in 91 Cal.App.2d 484 [205 P.2d 438]; it will hereafter be called the original action.
