LEVET, District Judge.

This is a suit arising out of an alleged patent infringement. The defendant has moved to dismiss the action, alleging improper venue.

The plaintiff is a New York corporation, having its principal place of business in this district. The defendant, a Wisconsin corporation, with its principal place of business located in Cudahy, Wisconsin, is in the business of manufacturing houseware articles.
