OPINION
MOORE, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant Henry DiCarlo (“Di-Carlo”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee John Potter,1 Postmaster General (“Postal Service”), DiCarlo’s former employer. DiCarlo was terminated near the end of his probationary employment period for what the Postal Service asserted as unsatisfactory work performance. DiCar-lo alleges that he was terminated on the basis of national origin, age, and disability discrimination.
