Roger Monette appeals the district court’s award of summary judgment in favor of the defendant Electronic Data Systems on his claim that the defendant discriminated against him on the basis of his disability, and the court’s refusal to allow him to file an amended complaint alleging retaliatory dis*1176charge. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM in part and REVERSE in part.
