Plaintiff-Appellant Charles D. Mickey appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment on his claims brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and Michigan’s ElliotL-Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”), MiCH.
