DUNKLIN, Chief Justice.

L. Berry and some sixteen others, plaintiffs, have prosecuted this appeal from a judgment of a district court of Tarrant County denying them any relief in their suit to restrain the City of Fort Worth, defendant, from enforcing • an .ordinance hereinafter shown.

The case was tried on its merits in conjunction with a motion of the city to dissolve a temporary writ of injunction theretofore issued in chambers on the same day the suit was filed, and this appeal is from a final judgment dissolving' the temporary writ and denying plaintiffs any relief on the merits of the…
