KAPLAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a French manufacturer of ladies’ footwear, claims that defendants, a Brazilian footwear manufacturer and its U.S. distributor, have violated their rights under the Lan-ham Act, among other legal doctrines, by imitating the trade dress of plaintiffs so-called P-sole shoes. The matter is before the Court on defendants’ motions in limine.
