TENNEY, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Reebok International Ltd. (“Reebok USA”) and Reebok International Limited (“Reebok UK”) (collectively “Reebok”), bring this action against defendants K-Mart Corporation (“K-Mart”), Melville Corporation (“Melville”) and Leif J. Ostberg Corporation (“LJO”), alleging that K-Mart stores have sold a sneaker that infringes on Reebok trademarks and trade dress.
