PRINGLE, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the plaintiffs Motion to Compel further response to Interrogatory 10. In essence, plaintiff seeks production of time and motion studies performed by Monfort at the direction of Monfort’s general counsel.1 Defendant contends that the studies are protected from discovery by attorney work product immunity.
