Toledo Edison Company and Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (Edison) operate the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station in Ottawa County, Ohio, and bring this breach of contract and negligence action against G A Technologies, Inc., Torrey Pines Division (Torrey Pines), as a result of an incident at Davis-Besse on June 9,1985. During discovery, Torrey Pines served a subpoena duces tecum on a third party for the production of documents related to the incident.
