This is an appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to a complaint. The appellants are owners of property in the city of Centralia. Magnolia street, Pine street and Front street are streets running across the city and over which appellants, or some of them, have been accustomed to pass in going from their homes to the business part of the city of Centralia, which is located west of the main *143track of the Northern Pacific Railway Company.
