The plaintiffs, 1 the board of education of the city of New Haven (board) and Area Cooperative Educational Services, appeal from the trial court’s order denying their motion to quash a series of deposition subpoenas issued in connection with an administrative proceeding in Rhode Island that was initiated by the defendant, Tavares Pediatric Center, and for a protective order.
