VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] Sheila K. Baier appealed from a judgment of the district court affirming Job Service North Dakota’s denial of her application for unemployment benefits. We hold the agency’s decision that Baier was discharged from her job for misconduct, thereby disqualifying her from receiving unemployment benefits, is sup ported by a preponderance of the evidence, and we affirm.
