By petition filed with this court, the Director of the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board (LPRB) accused respondent Clayton E. Parks, Jr. of misappropriating a client’s funds and misrepresenting the status of the matter to this client over a long period of time and, later, of also misrepresenting the facts to discipline authorities. Both the misappropriation and the misrepresentation to his client occurred during the time respondent Parks was on disciplinary probation for former neglect of client affairs.
