WEINFELD, District Judge.

The Grand Jury for the Southern District of New York is currently engaged in an investigation, initiated by the Attorney General, into alleged violations of the antitrust laws and other criminal statutes in the radio, television and related electronics industry. The Radio Corporation of America (hereinafter referred to as RCA) is one of twenty corporations upon whom subpoenae duces tecum were served requiring the production before the Grand Jury of voluminous records.
