OPINION

DANIEL F. FOLEY, Judge.

Alan Mark Warner appeals from the trial court order sustaining the revocation of his driver’s license. We affirm.

FACTS

Officer Jay A. Henthorne was on duty February 2, 1992 when he observed a collision between two automobiles. Appellant was the driver of one of the vehicles. Henthorne asked to see appellant’s driver’s license, and noticed that appellant wore a hearing aid. When the officer tried to talk to appellant and calm him down, he testified that it seemed as if appellant did not understand him. He assumed appellant was deaf. Another officer who had since…
