Plaintiffs initiated this action for legal malpractice, alleging that defendants failed to provide adequate advice regarding the availability of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code as a means of satisfying creditors without losing certain real property. The trial court entered summary judgment in favor of one of the attorneys on the ground that the action was time barred. The court dismissed the law firm and the remaining attorney after quashing service of the summons and complaint.
