Plaintiff Kevin Padrick was appointed by the bankruptcy court as the trustee for the liquidation of Summit Accomodators, Inc., a corporation in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Plaintiff brought this action against Summit’s former attorney, Kevin Keillor, and Keillor’s law firm, Hurley Re, P.C.
