Plaintiff Alan Jay Feldman (“plaintiff’) commenced this action alleging that his disqualification for employment as a Nassau County police officer was the result of discrimination and retaliation in violation of, inter alia, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 623 et seq.
