FRIEDMAN, Judge.

Helen Dow (Claimant) petitions for review of the June 16, 2000 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) affirming the decision of the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) to grant Household Finance Company’s (Em ployer) Petition to Modify/Suspend Compensation Benefits and to deny Claimant’s Penalty Petition. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for a hearing on the issue of whether proper notice of an available job was sent to Claimant.
