Paula Tindal (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Claimant’s Claim Petition. We affirm.

On April 22, 1988, Claimant filed a Claim Petition alleging that, on January 15, 1988, she developed carpal tunnel syndrome while working as a laborer for the City of Philadelphia, Department of Licenses and Inspection (Employer).
