Elisabeth S. Shuster (Claimant) petitions for review from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed in part an order of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting her penalty petition and utilization review petition. The Board’s decision also vacated that portion of the WCJ’s determination ordering payment of attorney’s fees submitted after the date of the WCJ’s decision and remanded the matter to the WCJ for a determination of the reasonableness of those fees and a recalculation.
