MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CARRIGAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Junee Kirk asserts a claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for infringement of her First Amendment rights, together with pendent state law claims of assault and outrageous conduct.
