VALLÉE, J.

Appeals by plaintiffs from judgments for defendant in two suits for specific performance of contracts for the sale of realty. The actions were consolidated for trial; separate findings and conclusions were made and judgments entered.

In 19618 the transaction will he referred to as the Woodman transaction. In 19619 it will be referred to as the Sunnyslope transaction.
