This dispute involves the construction and lease of a parking structure adjacent to the One Wilshire Building. The parties are S. Jon Kreedman & Co., a developer; Meyers Brothers Parking-Western Corporation, which leases and operates public parking garages, and Westgate-California Realty Company, also a developer. Kreedman filed a declaratory relief action against Meyers, which in turn filed a cross-complaint against Kreedman and Westgate.
