— Lawrence Barnes obtained review of a decision of the Court of Appeals in which that court affirmed a summary judgment of the superior court, dismissing Barnes’s claim against the named defendants, Bruce Kaiser, Keith Douglass and "a partnership doing business as McLendon and Kaiser, Attorneys at Law,” for recovery of the balance owing on a promissory note.
