OPINION OF THE COURT

WERNER, Judge:

In accordance with his plea, the appellant was found guilty of attempted rape, in vio*576lation of Article 80, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 880 (1976), and sentenced by a court composed of officer and enlisted members to a bad-conduct discharge, total forfeitures and reduction to Private E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence.
