OPINION OF THE COURT

WERNER, Judge:

Charged with eight specifications of larceny of audio and video equipment from an Army-Air Force exchange, the appellant, by exceptions and substitutions, pled guilty to and was convicted of eight specifications of wrongfully receiving stolen property in violation of Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ]. He was also found guilty, in accordance with his pleas, of false swearing in connection with a security clearance investigation, also in violation of the Article 134, UCMJ. His approved sentence…
