A jury convicted the appellant of aggravated robbery and assessed his punishment, enhanced with one prior felony conviction, at seventy-five years’ imprisonment. On appeal, the appellant argued that the prosecutor willfully violated a pre-trial discovery order and that the trial court erred in failing to exclude from jury consideration the evidence that was wrongfully withheld from his court-ordered pre-trial scrutiny.
