A board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General of the Air Force affirmed the accused’s general court-martial conviction of two specifications alleging wrongful possession and sale of a marihuana cigarette, in violation of Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. Several issues are presented for our determination, the first of which involves the question of evidentiary sufficiency to support the court’s findings as to the specification alleging sale of the marihuana cigarette.
