KlLDAY, Judge:

Appellant was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at San Isidro, Dominican Republic, charged with two specifications of robbery, in violation of Article 122, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 922. He pleaded not guilty but was found guilty as charged, except for a substitution in the value of the property stolen, under specification 1. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for three years, and reduction to the grade of Private (E-l). The convening authority approved the sentence.
