Homer Ferguson, Judge:

The accused, despite his plea of not guilty, was convicted by general court-martial of conspiracy to commit larceny and larceny, in violation of Articles 81 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881 and 921, respectively. He was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for one year. The convening authority approved the findings and the sentence, but suspended the execution of the dishonorable discharge until the accused’s release from confinement or…
