Plaintiff in error brought suit to recover from defendants a sum alleged to be due as commission earned under the following contract, dated July 28, 1910:
“In consideration of the agreement of The W. T. Craft Realty Co. hereinafter contained, I hereby give to said Company, for 120 days from this date, the exclusive agency for the sale of the property and for the price and terms described upon the reverse of this card, and agree to pay to said Company a full regular commission if the property is sold or exchanged through its agency or otherwise during said period, at the within price or any…
