In this original proceeding, the petitioners seek a writ of prohibition directed to the respondent court *387for the purpose of preventing the enforcement of any orders made by it appointing a receiver. They also ask that a writ of mandate issue ordering the superior court to recognize the petitioner Sattinger as attorney for Golden State Glass Corporation, a corporation, in the action which has occasioned the present application.
