Defendant appeals from an order 1 granting probation entered after a jury found him guilty of voluntary manslaughter (Pen. Code, § 192, subd. 1) as charged. He contends that: (1) 'the trial court erred to his prejudice by submitting the question of justifiable homicide to the jury (Pen.
