In this action for damages for defendant’s alleged bad faith and negligence- in the performance of his duties as an attorney at law, plaintiffs appeal from the judgment entered upon a jury verdict in favor of defendant and from the order of the trial court denying plaintiffs’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Plaintiffs’ contentions on appeal are that (1) the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict and therefore the trial court should have granted plaintiffs’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict; and (2) the trial court erred in instructing the jury that they…
